- Provision of 1 KW power backup for apartment and 3 KW power backup for pent house through DG at extra cost.
- Users to pay DG power usage charges at actuals as per metered consumption
- Standby generator for lighting in common areas, lifts and pumps
- Round-the-clock security
- Trained security personnel will do patrolling of the project
- Entry to the apartment building will be controlled through access control card security systems at ground floor.
WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Fully treated water through an exclusive water purification plant within the project
RAIN WATER HARVESTING SCHEME
Rain Water Harvesting scheme would be provided for recharging the ground water level
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
A treatment plant of adequate capacity as per norms will be provided inside the project.Sewage effluent shall be treated and the treated effluent shall be used for flushing and landscaping.

An exclusive network of cable TV will be provided with centralized control room (users to pay monthly charges)
Telephone with Intercom Facility
- A group Centrax facility will be provided with cabling done up to each flat. This will be operated by a Telecom Service provider for a nominal one –time charge and monthly rental.
- Intercom facility (within Centrax) from each apartment to security room, clubhouse and other apartments.
- Facilities to receive direct incoming calls, as well as dialing Local /STD /ISD calls from group Centrax
