Ramleela Play for Senior Citizens
With an aim to spread the festive cheer amongst the oft neglected senior citizens in our society, Mantri S.E.V.A. organized a performance of the Ramleela for residents from the Asha Jeevan old age home at Banerghatta , Bangalore.
More than 100 residents enjoyed and appreciated the play.

Old Clothes Donation Drive
As part of our first initiative we collaborated with NGO goonj for an old clothes donation drive. Goonj is unique resource mobilization initiative providing clothes and other basic amenities to millions in the far-flung areas by turning one’s wastage into a resource for another. Initiated in 1998 with just 67 clothes, Goonj now send out over 20,000 kgs of material every |

month in 19 states. These old clothes are cleaned, mended and categorized before distribution.
We organized the collection drive from 20th September – 9th October August in all our Mantri projects, Mantri HO and branch offices and Mantri Square and received an overwhelming response from everyone. These clothes were vigorously sorted and based on gender, size etc and dispatched based on to the flood and earthquake afflicted areas of Orissa and Sikkim.. |
