His creation, the Mantri Altius, not only raised the bar for luxury apartments in Bangalore but also won the company the award of "The Best Residential Property in India", at the CNBC CRISIL Real Estate Awards in 2008. Even today, Mantri Altius remains the most prestigious address in Bangalore.

The journey, which started in 1999, saw Mr. Sushil Mantri moving to Bangalore to set up Mantri Developers Private Limited. His rise to being one of the top leaders in the property development business saw him being nominated for the prestigious Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year 2003" award. He was also recently honored with the "Young Visionary Award in Real Estate Infrastructure" from Construction Source India in 2010.
