In addition to the above services, home owners can avail of the following benefits at an additional cost:
 
  1. Maintaining the apartment in good condition.
  2. Handing / taking over of the flat in a good condition to/from the tenants.
  3. Collecting monthly cheque from the tenant and depositing to the home owners account.
  4. Finding a new tenant in case flat is vacant.
  5. Regularly updating about taxes and other statutory obligations.

  1. Propcare scope is to conduct a search for a home to either rent at or purchase.
  2. Propcare does not take responsibility of any kind after the agreement is been made between the Lessor & lessee (Owner & Tenant) in a rental service.
  3. Propcare does not take responsibility of any kind after the agreement is been made between the Seller & Purchaser (Assignor & Assignee) in the resale service.
  4. In the interest of the community & request by the residents Propcare would prospect tenants only for families (Husband, wife, parents & children) and not for Bachelors, Spinsters, Shared accommodations by friends, blood related brothers & sisters or paying guests.
  5. In cases of rental services, Propcare would be glad to draft the rental agreements on behalf of the prospective tenant & the respective home owner/s and have the same franked by the government authority as advised by its clients unless the both parties would like to do the same through their own sources.
  6. In cases of resale services Propcare would be glad to draft all agreements required for transaction on behalf of the prospective tenant & the respective home owner/s and have the same franked by the government authority as advised by its clients unless the both parties would like to do the same through their own sources.
  7. Propcare would be glad to assist the Purchaser/s to liaison with the developer/builder and or various government agencies with the interest of completing the transaction.
  8. Propcare care services are chargeable to the extent of the scope of services that are stated in the section that reads "Scope of services" and are subject to change without prior notice.
  9. All other miscellaneous expenses billed/un-billed expenses are to be borne by the home owner/tenant/buyer which includes charges (with & without receipt) by government agencies, fuel expenses, photo copying charges, printing & franking charges etc.
  10. Service Tax is applicable would be charged separately in the Invoice.
Scope of services:
  1. Propcare scope is to conduct a search for a home to either rent at or purchase.
  2. Conducting inspections with prospective tenant of the proposed flat.
  3. Obtaining feedback from the prospect upon inspection.
  4. Negotiating on behalf of the prospective tenant on the price point.
  5. Negotiating on the terms & conditions on behalf of the Prospective tenant.
  6. Preparing draft of agreements as required for the transaction.
  7. Having the necessary documents franked by the authorised government agency.
  8. Delivery a copy of the signed & franked lease agreement to the home owners [for Rental Services].
  9. Liaison with the developer/builder and or various government agencies with the interest of completing the transaction.
Service Charge:
  Service Charge Tax
  1 month's rent 12.36%
  1. Service Tax is applicable would be charged separately in the Invoice.
  2. Please pay the applicable charges and demand for a receipt.
  3. Please do not make any payment in cash to any of our representatives. (we do not accept cash)
  4. Cheque/DD to be made in favour of M/s. Propcare Real Estate Management Pvt., Ltd.
  5. In case of an online transfer please send a mail to rentals@mypropcare.com
  6. In case the receipt for the payment of service charges is not delivered within 24 hrs from the time of payment please send an email to rentals@mypropcare.com
