‘The actual usable area’ of your home is known as the carpet area and the greater the carpet area, the greater the value for your money. Mantri brought about this novel concept in 2001 when the apartments were sold only on the basis of 'Super built up area' and at a time when the concept of selling apartment based on 'Carpet Area' was alien.

This concept of ‘Super built up area’ was not defined in any of the decrees. Consequently, it led to minimal living space, with a large amount of other utilities and common areas being paid for by the house-owner, under the label of 'Super built up area'. This obscurity ended up with the builders forming their own definitions, and a very confused customer. However this novel concept aims at giving our customer their true value for money and maximum living space.
