    • Video Door Station – The video door station provides residents east-to-use, secure communications between a visitor at the door and the resident inside a dwelling. When a guest pushes the built-in doorbell, the resident hears an alert and is shown video of the guest on a wall mounted screen. The residents can communicate to the guest before opening the door.
    • Lighting Automation – Touch switch will be provided to turn on/off electrical equipment or lighting circuits using tablets or touch points provided on the touch switch. Enabled lights can be switched on/off through the touch panel or mobile phone and can be controlled from Wi-Fi devices like i-Phone/i-pad, Android phone/Android Pad. Desired scene setting lighting all through touch of a button on your tablet.
    • LPG Gas Leak Detector - Customer will receive SMS alerts on mobile phone when Gas leak occurs. Whenever there is a LPG gas leakage occurs it is detected by LPG leak detectors & alerts are set off by sending SMS to predefined mobile phones.
    • Wi-Fi Zone – Wi-Fi zones are provided inside the house which allows users to utilize Home automation service via mobile devices/tablets etc.
    • Software License – Annual subscription of software for downloading Home automation system applications. Also it allows four mobile devices to operate parallel

  • Trained security personnel will be patrolling the project round the clock.
  • CCTV cameras will be installed at security gates to verify visitors.
  • Entry to the building will be restricted through Access Control Doors at the ground floor lobby.
  • Entry of vehicles to the project will be controlled with boom barriers and security screening for visitors
