Role & responsibilities:
- Handling Customer complaints and tenant complaints effectively.
- Adhere to process as per SOP
- Coordinating mall events & promotions
- To take necessary permission, snapshots of events & promotion
- To encourage participation in various mall contents & to capture customer information during events & share with the MARCOM team
- Coordinating with operations & security team for smooth functioning of events
- To take care of post-event work (removal of stage, backdrop, branding)
- Guest Feedback system
- Handling Entry & Exit customer points and servicing customers. - Creating & maintaining customer and retailer database
- Approach customers for feedback and maintain the same.
- Handling the Customer Service Desk with Efficiency & updating as per checklist
- Maintaining the mall music & PA system
- Generating reports (Footfall, Complaint, lost & found, Customer Feedback) as per timeline
- Monitoring tenant activities and mall rules
- To complete all tasks allocated from time to time with due diligence & perfection
- To contribute towards the team & be a factor of support to every department in the organization.
- Supporting all Marcom campaigns.
- Taking complete mall rounds.
- Coordinate with tenants to provide info for Newsletter & Social Media
- Assist the Finance Department in distributing the monthly invoice to retailers.
Qualification: Any degree
CTC: 2.5 to 3.5LPA
