2012

Global investment firm Xander has bought a 49% stake for Rs 150 crore in the retail component of Mantri Developers' integrated township, Mantri Serenity, located on Kanakapura Main Road.
Mantri Developers raised Rs 100 crore from ASK Property Investment Advisors, the real-estate private equity arm of ASK Group, for its luxury residential project in Bengaluru.
Mantri Developers appointed Cisco as Strategic ICT Partner to develop Connected Communities and Smart Homes.
Mantri DSK Pinnacle was recognized as the most environment friendly project of the year and received Gold Standard Green Building rating from IGBC.
